i though "amsn" did offline messages?!

In fact, i'm pretty sure it does this..

By the way, isint haze way better than buttery?... I must admit i had both at one time cuz haze was messing up, but i got rid of butterfly seeing as it was as bad as haze when it wanted to be...

for some reason yahoo has a much less failure rate for connections..strange...

just get the magic trilogy: haze, pidgin and amsn and you will be almost guaranteed to log in with one of these even though it might seem like overkill (I'm an msn man myself mainly)

But haze rocks....multiple acct log ins all integrated with multitasking to booth, my friends with BB just cant keep up with my pace.. ;)

dpkg: error processing account-plugin-butterfly (--configure) :

Setting up account-plugin-haze (0.7) ...

dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of telepathy-extras:

E: Sub-[rocess /usr/bin/dpkg return an error code (1)

Now, how can this be fixed?
Do i remove all extras and try reinstalling? cuz i tried that...
or is there an shorter, better, more efficient way?

An oh yeah!! Other application i tried to install gave me the same mistake ie. "gtk-update-icon-cache: Failed to open /usr/share/icons/hicolor/.icon-theme.cache: file exists." like vncviewer and hermes.
Will the fixing procedure fix the other installs too?

That's with just the built-in Conversations software, plus a few, small, free plug-ins from Extras. I'm not restricted to one active account per service either.

I actually have accounts on most of those services configured and active on my N900 all the time. It just works.

how do you get aim onto the n900 or one of the providers of aim on the n900? i just got this phone and im clueless to how to put it on it.

What is the best application now for MSN that I can download from the application manager?

I would say Pidgin, have no issues with it aside from battery life.

does Pidgin integrated with Maemo 5 like Skype? I mean the MSN contents merge with the phone contents.

Thanks,

Oh nah it is a separate application. For integration you would need to use either haze, butterfly or pecan. AFAIK only butterfly is in the repo -testing.
