I have been unable to connect to msn for well over a week using the haze plug in. Does anyone have the same problem?

Do you mean in terms of battery life? Don't think I have ever managed a full day with internet connectivity on. Battery dies out around 6pm to 7pm. I think it may have something to do with the msn problem though as I think it keeps trying to connect all day long unsuccessfully.

Think I will try uninstalling and reinstalling haze to see if it fixes the problem.

Hmm ok yeah I don't seem to be able to get through a normal working day with haze connected to msn via 2g. See how bad my experience was yesterday a few posts up...

My connection to MSN Haze does not work since after I installed the firmware update 1.2009.44-1.002. It has been immediately saying "Network error" whether or not Http method is selected. I have tried to disable and then enable the account at VOIP and IM Settings, but the result is still the same. It just doesn't try to connect at all and immediately say that it is unable to connect to one of the accounts.

Does anyone know if there is any way to resolve this besides re-installing the whole thing? (since I did a lot of work merging my msn contacts with my phone contacts and I don't want to go through the whole process again....)

If I reinstall haze will I lose my merged contacts phone numbers and all? It would be really annoying to have to ask everyone for their numbers again :s

No you won't lose your phone numbers. But once you re-install msn haze, your msn contact list is reloaded again, which appears separately and is not automatically merged with the your corresponding phone contacts (so you will need to do the "Merge Contacts" process again if you want your MSN contacts and phone contacts integrated).

msn-pecan plugin. is there site to report a bug about it ?

When i switch networks(automatically) from 3G to wifi or vice-versa the msn fails to login automatically. It logs in after i go to availability and press save.

Also, when i chat in msn, my name is shown to me as my live login email, but others see my "nickname" what i have chosen in pecan settings.

Or where is the project page for pecan ? Where i could submit improvements.
