I would like to say something with no judgemental tone.I am not going to talk for any kind of bugs or something like that.I think it will be a lot better if the developer makes it as a plug-in to the default camera program of n900,like Led Patterns or Browser Switchboard in the SETTINGS.If this is not possible you can make the same program with a little bit better(I mean nicer-prettier)interface.

nokia_n900_user, thanks for your feedback, we will definitely improve the interface in future versions along with adding more features and options.
Making our application as a plug-in to the standard camera is not possible unless Nokia incorporates our technologies in it. :)

dqm, we were trying hard to reproduce that, with no success.
Did that problem with video happen once, or it happens every time you try to record a video?
btw, you can report bugs at: support.blessn900.com

I stumbled upon this camera app on one of our repositories. downloaded, tried and i loved it!
this thing is pretty darn amazing!

try it out and give it a vote!
hope to see this in extras!

app is currently on extras-devel, so careful, tho it needs improvement, this ones stable enough for me.

I'll definitely vote for it. It has room for improvement and I'd really love to see continuous improvement on HDR function, while understand the difficult in implement it in a mobile device.

eugene.panich and his men are doing great job and I hope you keep up the good work!

I installed BlessN900 and now my photos completely lack EXIF data. I uninstalled it but still no EXIF. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Re: HDR Pictures with the N900?

pictures taken with blessN900 with the phone in portrait orientation are stored such that when displayed (in the photo viewer) with the phone in landscape orientation, they are shown at 90 degrees to the actual captured image. If you then rotate the phone to portrait orientation try and view the photo in proper alignment, you get the image rotated by 90 degrees again (but this time it occupies a smaller part of the display. It's easily fixed just by using the rotate function within the picture viewer to flip the image and then save the flipped image (overwriting the original), but that is quite slow and tedious.

Haven't seen this reported elsewhere, is this just on my phone or are others experiencing it too?

Please clarify - there's no EXIF in your photos taken with the standard camera? you can report this, along with sending an example image file by mailing to info@blessn900.com

This will be fixed when we add EXIF writing in the images. The orientation will be stored in EXIF, so that the viewers should display the image properly.

Cheers for the feedback, good to know a fix is coming. Out of interest, do you plan to introduce support for widescreen resolution (like the native camera app) in future?
