Re: N900 vs. Motorola Droid (Verizon Android device)
wow. Moto releases two Android devices, only one of which is anything to sing home about, and now they've made a comeback?? I'm rooting for Moto, but they have to deal with HTC, Apple, RIM, SE, and Samsung, and Nokia will be on at&t and TMobile decks in 2010, so they aren't working in a vaccuum. Mindshare isn't market share. Ask Palm. Pre anyone? Pixi? No?

N900 vs Milestone
Right, just a quick poll regarding these two devices.
Milestone will support flash 10... hmm Will the N900 support it as well? |
Re: N900 vs Milestone
Yeah, Adobe demoed flash 10 on mobile devices on the n900 first. It's coming Q1 of 2010.

Re: N900 vs Milestone
I've used a demo version of the Motorola Droid, to get a feel for its keyboard.
I've used a demo version of the Nokia N97, to get a feel for its keyboard. What I'm about to say depends upon the fidelity of the above two statement to the real life Motorola Milestone and the real life Nokia N900. I understand that that might not be a valid assumption, but, that said: The Motorola keyboard absolutely sucks posterior orifices. The Motorola keyboard is so bad, that it has completely turned me off from hoping that the Milestone will come to a US GSM carrier. On the otherhand, I had been worried about the feel of the N97/N900 keyboard. The N810's keyboard was one of the worst I had encountered on a mobile device. Instead, I found the N97 keyboard to be quite comfortable and usable. The feel/ergonomics of it is quite nice. If the N900 turns out to have a similar key-feel to the N97, it's going to be one of the best, for feel/ergonomics, mobile keyboards I've used. I'd still prefer a 5 row keyboard, though. So. There you go. On N900 vs Milestone, I don't want a milestone at all, and I still have hope for the N900. |
