i wouldn't count on that daking. I believe it's december thats the release date.

Yeah, I just cancelled the NokiaUSA order... at this point I'm kind of apathetic about the entire thing so I plan to forget about this phone so if my newegg preorder ships in January 2010 I'll be (hopefully) pleasantly surprised when it shows up.

i'll admit I haven't ready all the millions of posts on the shipping delay, but all the ones I've read talk about firmware changes, os tweaks, whatever you want to call them.

I'm assuming the tech specs aren't getting changed, but do you think that nokia would take the feedback to improve tech specs and not just software bugs?

just a thought...
