It might be a question of warranties. UK versions warranty on valid in UK.

i see and is the US version warrenty worldwide ? its still strange cz the us version is cheaper !

after a call by the nokia aftersalesteam in germany, they said, that the shipment will start at the 25. November 2009:o

Maybe it will ship a bit earlier. I have ordered an N900 from a phone distributor. (I work for a retailer) I call them every week to tell me if there is any news about the N900.

Here is what they told me in chronological order:
  • First or second week of October but this is not confirmed
  • Week 44
  • Week 45 or 46 because Nokia postponed it
  • Today: We think week 45

Here is the original mail in German:

Apparently 3 different service providers(DK) and sellers of mobilephones have actually moved the release date forward to next week. Could this be it?

Maybe we are lucky :) Both Telmore and Elro have confimed they will have it next week. Even Telmore have postet it on their website. And CallMe have also moved the date to next week.
