I'm not expecting the same treatment Yahoo gave their developers* (but it'd be an interesting surprise), a beer, a chat, and a T-shirt, but most importantly hands-on with the new toy^Wdevice!!

er, you mean you're going to the flagship store and then later to the starbucks near the hotel?

I'm going to the Starbucks by the Hotel,
But first I'm meeting up with Fargus who works just around the corner from Regent street where we will travel to the Starbucks outside the Hotel

I wonder if they'll have any special guests. Perhaps they'll invite Stephen Fry, and he'll blend his iphone and take up a proper open device :-)

I was told to expect an email when my phone was dispatched: so far no email & no phone. Seems to me that so far I am being treated the way I was lead to beleive. Preorders are for people who want it first but realise things might have a few hiccups. I'm not stressing like some of the teenagers who look for any date posted or make one up. It will arrive when it does and not before.

Excellent so it sounds like everyone is meeting in *$ so will see you all there at around 7. Hopefully you guys (and galls) shouldn't be too hard to spot.
