Can we buy n900 without preorder ?
 

Hello everyone ,
I read a lot of messages today . I am confused.
We can buy n900 from Nokia Flagship store in NYC or we have to preorder and wait ?

I will be thankful if you answer ...

seriously though, if you order shipped, tell us everything you can: when you ordered, what state, tracking number (or copy paste info) what type of shipping. WE WANT MORE INFOS!!! :-D If its true, congrats for sure.

It keeps going from add to cart, to pre-order (ETA 11-30), to back-order.... switching between all 3. What the heck

@lilboymonkey and @roguespy0: when did you order? mine's still on hold :(

@11/(14-17)/09: now that you mention it, it comes to mind that maybe the whole pre-order, add to cart, backorder constant changes might mean that they're actively receiving and processing pre-orders and as they add stock box by box to their system the product status changes automatically. i'm only speculating though.

Alright, I wanted to scribble out the SO and Invoice #'s (and other obvious stuff), haven't got a tracking number yet unfortunately. :x

I originally pre ordered back at the end of October. I looked today at Newegg and saw the pre order status disappear. I called and the women i spoke to told me to get the device quicker due to they have some in stock would be to cancel my pre order and re order right away. I said if i do this will be guaranteed a device, she said yes if i did it asap. I said than what was the point of me pre ordering in the first place. She said they haven't yet started processing pre orders.

I than sat down while on the phone with her and she cancelled my pre order and i re ordered today and now shows processing. I was upset due to i had pre ordered back in October and had no status changes until i cancelled and re ordered. I still don't get the whole pre order deal, what is the point if i had to cancel and re order to get it quicker. I called back and they said due to is processing should ship very soon.
