Re: Easy Debian Fremantle Beta Testing
Thanks for the replies.
Qole: Did you edit the /etc/asound.conf to make the sound working? I downloaded your image and the .conf file isn't the same as the one given to me in the link. Anyone have the libgcc3_uno.so file so we can replace it? |

Re: Easy Debian Fremantle Beta Testing
MisterSorin: You have somehow managed to install the Diablo version of Easy Debian (for the N810). The Fremantle (N900) version does not use any of the device mapper binaries, because they aren't needed in Maemo 5.
EDIT: It sounds like your image file is not the problem here. You don't need to download it again! |
Re: Easy Debian Fremantle Beta Testing
@rm42, what do I have to do with that file ?
@qole I don't know why my device installed the diablo version of easy debian, I downloaded it for maemo 5 debian-m5-v2.img.ext2.bz2. What do I have to do to start debian ? |
Re: Easy Debian Fremantle Beta Testing
MisterSorin, like I said, it isn't the big image file that is the problem. You need to install easy-chroot_0.2.3-1fremantle1_armel.deb and easy-deb-chroot_0.9.36-1fremantle1_armel.deb not the Diablo versions that you appear to have installed instead.
