I'm a contractor working for IBM, doing helpdesk technical support level 1.5 (Yes... I am between Level 1 and Level 2...). The N900 is what keeps me from doing of boredom :) lol

I manage a team of staff who support people with learning disabilities to live independently in the community, to go to college, find jobs,attend medical appointments, shopping, personal care, medication reminders, social skills and activities.
I use my N900 to keep in touch with them all, for email and as a calendar reminder for meetings etc
