I placed my order 19th November.. they took the phone upfront cost straight away :/ and my status is pending stock.. though i didn't have a credit history of 3 years so i selected it anyway :/ cause i had no other option :<

Just called NokiaUK on 0800 331 6021 and have been told that "we have been told it will ship today". I've been assured confirmation email should hit my inbox later this evening. I'll believe it when I see it though.

The peek-a-boo with Nokia goes on :(.

The Acer Liquid at £328 is tempting but sadly not Maemo. :mad:

Has anyone actually managed to get a response as to why MPD are getting the phones so late?
If they are the official 'partner' then surely they will have priority over amazon or bestbuy etc etc

Just grasping at straws really...

Amazon UK currently have a dispatch estimate for the 29th-30th so unless their date gets pushed out neither Nokia UK nor MPD are offering much of an advantage.

I really dont know but i hope they are just saying that they r going to ship it at the end of the month just make sure that we will get it LATEST on the 3rd. I have the feeling that we might get it within this week. I HOPE!:rolleyes:

Well I called with my order nujmber earlier today and was told that they didn't even have the stock in yet (despite what I was told end of last week: "The stock is being unpacked today").

However, Germany has a number of people who got their device delivered before their status changed and also no shipping email! Don't suppose anyone is at home today waiting for delivery that can comment?
