Just for confirmation I spoke to Nokia twice today. Again at the regent street store and Nokia.co.uk both said that other retailers are allowed (by agreement) to use their brand/brand likeness

But both confirmed that if either were part of Nokia they would receive and dispatch the devices the same time as NOKIA

As they would have access to the same stock!!! And Shipping agreements!!!

BTW Carphonewarehouse &phones4U are both expecting delivery early Dec? Perhaps the 3rd?

And about stores MPD Operates the Nokia Retail Stores in UK besides the London Flagship Store which is operated by Nokia itself.

I guess the London flagship store is the only one to get it in stock soon.
While MPD Online customers who preordered should get it before any other Nokia Retail Store..

Winchester, Reading and Newbury stores will get it first and it will be shipped to the other stores within next week. Then again there is also another rumour that orders that has been made before it has been removed from the web site will keep the same deals from different provider and there will be no difference on the deals-price, but the provider.
