I cancelled with play.com and ordered with Nokia yesterday (express) - based on what people are saying who have ordered recently I should get mine next week. That would be soooooooo coooooooool. :)

Tell him Pudsey had a headache, and the other bears were making so much noise in their excitement that he stayed away. He came in for a photo when the noise had calmed down but only on condition that Titch (who is one of the bravest!) held his paw.

Dont listen to idiots, for those that dont know MPD run nokia retail so you should get no later than anyone else.

Also if you dont believe me use your MPD email and password on nokiaretail site and you can also view your order on there site aswell as MPD

I wish I had that level of childish forgetting and moving on skill over this preorder. It would be so great to just forget I ordered it and then be totally surprised next week :D:D:D. Now ppl are getting theirs it makes it more 'exciting' for the rest of us!

Don't believe that. I ordered mine yesterday at 23:50 and the guy said your in a que and you have to wait until all other preorders are dispatched. He also said that you most probably will have to wait until next week to receive it. If i don't get mine next week Nokia are going to get an earfull from me. Especially as the phone is like £500, thought they may be a little greatful for our custom.

Actually, right now I feel like a five-year-old. On Christmas morning. When Santa just brought me exactly what I wanted. So no, there's nothing to forgive. I love people who enter so completely into the moment regardless of age or youth. :)

I would be completely happy to get nothing this Christmas, as long as I get my new baby soon. I can imagine having to be pretty strict about whose turn it is to play bounce evolution :D with me crying at my kids "it's my new toy, I don't want to share"

I have also ordered an extra battery and have not had it delivered yet. I talked to Nokia a couple of times and they say it is all good and the transaction has been approved since the 23rd yet it is not moving. I think it is because the batteries are out of stock. Heres to hopping it ships tomorrow.

There was another guy on here who also ordered extra batt and has not recieved N900.

yeah I got the email but partner never.. Mine was without the extra battery and her one was with it. Even if this was her one I would have taken it.

Her order online looks like it hasn't be touched.
no IMEI(Serial Number)
no shipping email.

She will call tomorrow but the only thing I could think it could be is the battery

That at my partner has two hour travel to uni a day. She wants to catch up with her TV shows so the extra battery for her was a must. She uses a E75 at the moment with her macbook, now she can leave it at home and just have the one device (less to carry around).

Been reading all these posts during the build up but now my precious left Rotterdam about an hour ago I thought I'd start chatting.

I pre-ordered last Saturday (21st), it left Nokia today & according to UPS will be delivered to my work address on Friday (27th).

Have a happy glowing feeling at the moment. Can't wait.
