I think thats because you are the only one with standard delivery to have yours dispatched at the same time as express -_-

I'm a day behind and mine is in Brussels still. Hopefully, it skips all the bugs/flaws that are in the first batch.

Nokia Retail (who are basically MPD) on the other hand are still claiming delivery late November:

This is despite them sending round an email to everyone that pre-ordered saying that it wouldn't be shipped until 3rd December. Grrrrrr.

mentioned this before, but just to ramp up the pressure - the first people to collect theirs from NFS also get the bluetooth headphones free.

you'll be getting there before me then, getting a train from epping.

I spoke on the phone with the woman yesterday, she said call before midday today. I have a feeling the phone line might be a bit tied up though, she said the store has been getting a couple of hundred phone calls a day about it.

Just had a mate (who I sold my iPhone to) - his iPhone developed a fault and he couldn't restore it! He went to Apple store in Manchester and they gave him a brand new one - no questions asked!

That's proper customer service - unfortunately we'll not get same service from Nokia!

I have had problems with a nokia phone before and I took it to a nokia service centre and they fixed it for free.
So I think you are being a little harsh.
