Anybody cound solve the problem? TIA Luca |
Re: FM transmitter in Italy
Move to another country?
No, seriously, what exactly doesn't work? No free frequencies? |
Re: FM transmitter in Italy
When I tried to use the FM transmitter with my car radio, it wouldn't pick up the signal unless my phone was literally a few inches from the car's FM antenna.
But then I tried it with a little handheld FM radio and it seemed to work as expected. I think maybe some receivers just aren't very sensitive? |
Re: FM transmitter in Italy
And you think that the problem is related to you living in italy?
Maybe it's just your little handheld radio that works too well in your country |
Re: FM transmitter in Italy
Huh? Are you talking to me or to the OP?
|
Re: FM transmitter in Italy
Wel... This has nothing to to with Italy but maybe with the crappy Italian car you drive :D
No, seriously: Can anyone tell how the quality of the FM trasmitter is? |
Re: FM transmitter in Italy
The other thing I noticed about the FM transmitter is that the volume level is much lower than the broadcast stations in my area (Chicago). It must be set to use a very low deviation.

Re: FM transmitter in Italy
I test with my "italian" N900 transmiting... and my n800 is receving OK.....

Re: FM transmitter in Italy
I guess some cars have their fm reciever/antenna more isolated than others. I'd say it's your car, not your country :)
My friends N900 transmitter worked fine in my old focus. |
Re: FM transmitter in Italy
Would everyone just stop confusing me with the OP, please? Thanks.
