ok just to get it straight after 3 hours we enter the black friday and we can order from nokia with the price of 569 ? or we have to wait till tomorow 9 am ? btw what about the rebate ?

Today (Nov. 26) my status changed to shipping soon, and restricts changes to my order. I ordered for one day shipping on Sep. 29, and haggled the price down to $529. Will post again when it ships.

No this is normal. The pre-order price guarantee does not apply to electronics. From amazon website:

""Whenever you pre-order a book, CD, video, DVD, video game, or software item....""

In practice customer service usually helps out and adjusts it for you but they don't have to. You can always cancel/reorder before shipment.

I ordered Sept 25 and status changed today to "Shipping Soon" just as I was about the change shipping method.

Mine just changed to Shipping soon too!!!!!!!! I have next-day shipping and my price is $529.99. I had to email them to lower it to that price! It's COMING! I ordered mine September 30.

Edit: Although it say shipping soon, i haven't received a release date nor a tracking number yet.

Fml..... I ordered Oct. 7th then had to cancel and reorder according to the rep to get the 529.99 and rebate. Ugh so Now since Amazon appears to be doing a little better with the preorder order I'm at the end of the line.

Woohoo !!!

Amazon just tried to charge my card .. :)

I had deliberately entered an invalid CC, so that I would know when my order becomes active ..

I have requested them to instead give priority to my Nov 19 Order, since that falls into the Rebate requirements ..

They said the Cell Phone Dept is closed now, and that I should call in the morning and request this again ..

But now I'm thinking, would I rather want to save those $50, or should I instead just pull the trigger on this order .. :P

btw, my order which was processed was placed on Oct 2nd ..
