you are welcome :)

read the extra-devel wiki page
to know how to enable it in application manager.

after you add devel repo successfully go to your terminal and type "apt" commands as in my previous post

and when you want to install a webos game you need preenv, and get your games from the net over a store or something else

Hello bro whats up? I am still having problems installing my games. i have added the catalog as you instructed and i have sen some new devel apps but no preenv.... i am trying to install paradox: Death Race and it still need some dependencies. what should i do. And also is there a way i can install 2go and whatsaap?

go to your terminal :

sudo gainroot
apt-get update && apt-get install preenv
as for whatsapp there is already a client for N900 called "Yappari" please use power search to find it, about 2go i dont know if there is even a java port !

Tnx bro you are the man, let me check it out and see. Hope i am not boring this forum with problems. I successfully installed samurai and its in the list of application but i can't find the icon on the desktop to start the game,

im not sure but you can go your terminal and type the game name ! if you didnt find it try after "sudo gainroot" ?!

Tnx Bro. I have been able to install and and update the preenv. I installed samurai 2, gear, and some other games but can't find them on the desktop to launch, how do i go about that? also can i install N8 games on N900 like protoxide death Race? Thank you for your help and assistance

are you installing games FOR N900 ?!
i will make it short for you ;) the N900 can install debian_armel,
and the N8 ( a dumbed symbian :p) can install jar,jad,sis and sisx so there is not anything common between them which mean you can't ! :).
looks like you are totally new to your device i recommend you to read more about it ;)

Hello friend, How are you doing today? Thanks for your help i have gotten a lot on my N900 and its fun, i installed some apps but can't find them on the desktop and don't know how to create the shortcut on the desktop. Any idea how to do that? Are you a developer? i would love to know you more if you don't mind.
