unable to install
 

Hi Guys

I recently got my n900, I've had it for a few days
but then it wouldn't find any of my music or vid's any more.
I tried all I could think of to fix it but nothing worked,
so i reflashed.
which worked but now i can't install any apps any more which is really anoying!

and the media player still wont keep my music for more than a reboot before it loses it all again. and never finds it again.

does anyone have any ideas?

sorry i forgot it goes to app manager then goes to install but then tells me 'Unable to install blah' and wont go any further.

(UPDATE)
it now seems to only be nokia app's.
when i have to agree to their licence, after that it says 'unable to install'

sorry no, it's not just nokia apps.

but i few apps do install thought its weird.

reflashing hasn't worked either.

how do i do a full wipe of the system?

Try this:
Go to the x-terminal and type where program name is the program you are trying to install. If the program shows, do the following:
then enter. This gives you access to install program on the phone.

Then If you get an error following this process, let us know of the error message by posting it here-- if possible, post the screen short.

how did you reflash? with flasher?

did you remember to flash emmc?

thanks guys was wrong flash file i used,

I've got a lot to learn about maemo
