Re: Extra-Devel Config for N900

For me
http://repository.maemo.org/extras-devel
works

http://repository.maemo.org/extras-devel/
doesn't.

My exact settings are:

Name: Maemo Extras-devel
Web Address: http://repository.maemo.org/extras-devel
Distribution: Fremantle
(1 e)
Components: free non-free

I think that
Quote:

Distribution: Fremantle

Quote:

Distribution: Fremantle-1.2
but it repository in down :(

Re: Extra-Devel Config for N900

It is as Bluewizard says:

Name: Maemo Extras-devel
Web Address: http://repository.maemo.org/extras-devel
Distribution: fremantle
Components: free non-free

Im not sure if its case-sensitive, but I wouldnt be surprised, asi this is Linux ... (so, use fremantle instead of Fremantle). On the other hand, Im sure distro is fremantle, not fremantle-1.2 ...

EDIT: Yeah, after some thinking :D Im sure its case-sensitive, as its supposed to be a web adress pointing at files on a server after all ...

Re: Extra-Devel Config for N900

Both extras-devel and extras-testing only have distribution: fremantle

Only Extras has a separate repository for fremantle-1.2

-devel and -testing run against the latest firmware always.

Take two aspirins and call us in the morning.

What michalurban said is correct; that's what the repository should say.

If that doesn't work, the repository could be being maintained,it's not necessarily insufficient server capacity.

No need to get hysterical, just wait.
