I checked the Whitlow's website. It appears to be fine for people under 21, thankfully. (I probably should've done this before posting, and I apologize for that) If that's still fine with everyone, I wouldn't recommend changing the plans.

If the gathering's just going to consist of tablet owners gathering to talk, I think that this place would be suitable.

Throwing it out there: How about arrival at 2PM? It gets dark so early these days, I figure the earlier the better.

I think around 3pm works fine, its late enough in the afternoon that those of us with obligations in the a.m. can take care of those and not rush over, and it's late enough to have a pint or two and not be a lush...

I'm planning on going (so far). Though I have to move my sister into Maryland so that might delay me a bit..
