you can have a look in the css-file.
i tried to place some useful comments there - so you might be able to change some things :)
(font and bubble background color for example ^^)

How can i install the maemo 6 demo,i wasnt able to find it via the app manager?
Nvm looks like i had entered the devel repository`s adress wrong.
