About a month ago I inquired as to when they would actually be available -- and that time is now, but it is still a no-show. I did ask about warranty, and was told:

Hi-mobile is advertising the N800 as "FULLY UNLOCKED". Given that this is NOT a phone I find that statement very misleading and become doubtful of this retailer's ethics in general.

On the other hand, the local Tigerdirect Canada outlet has it in stock for $379 for immediate pickup.

Future Shop and Best Buy? Hopefully not! Customer service there is absolutely horrible - - to the point that I won't bother buying anything from them. Best Buy's a little bit better as they're not comission pirhanas.

After the 770 debacle, I've got no interest in getting an n800 unless it dips waaay low in price. (IE a price where I wouldn't care about future updates, etc).

I got mine on tigerdirect.ca for 380$ (450$ with taxe and shipping).
