here the debug instruction: pls download the deb again - put the newest version now online (already v0.3) and install it start xterm with following command: sudo /opt/menu-update/update.sh you should see the updateprocess in the bash - pls send me the error thx manzn |

Also the package didn't install cleanly but that's maybe a problem in my box. |

so a new version is out:
http://maemo.3ion.at/mymenu-0.4.20100103_armel.deb i have cleand now the install script - pls test this @all thx you for your requests and for your motivation to test my deb :-D |

I updated to 0.4 successfully, but menu-update is still the same: no output when run from xterm, just a spinner when run from icon... sorry !
