Yeah, I was curious about that other calendar applet as well.

It looks like some type of bizzarro, birth control pill application. :)

Had the same thing happen awhile back.

Did you install Cairo Clock? That seemed to fix it on my side.

@LABAUDIO

good to know that the SVGClock is working fine for you and you like it..

Agree with you on the packaging.. I am working on it.. The issue is that, with non standard dependencies such as gnome-python-desktop, librsvg2-2 and librsvg2-common, it may eventually be difficult to release it to extras repository and the OS2008 download catalog, like the Flip Calendar..

@tso, Addison

It is not a theme for the SVGClock.. It is a different Clock applet!

Based on the Ring clock screenlet.. But the similarity ends there as the implementation is totally different..

I am still working on this to have selectable colors for the hour, minutes and seconds rings and package it..

will try to post as soon as possible

Wow shin, you're turning out to be quite the machine for someone who didn't know how to code a month ago. :)

What's next? A graphical barometer? *lol*

In a day job, I manage software projects for a living and I have experience with mainframes and 4GL programming languages.. The 'newbie-ness' I may have talked about is about Python and GTK+ programming. I should say I learnt a lot on these topics with the SVGClock..
At the end of the day, its fun to see your own code working on these little tablets, Nokia stopped making..

May be I am about to change my mind on n900 and by one soon :confused:
