This is the last Loading Bar, next will be some loading indicators etc.

Found this Knight Rider set from another thread, not sure if it could be tweaked into a loading bar/indicator set. A lightsaber loading bar might be cool tho!

Iv just looked and that gif image uses 30 frames, to cut that down to 8 would make it look poor quality.

If I'm not mistaken, that is the same one you have (FM Transmitter widget) but that was the original version during it's development days (look at the thread, I believe it's dated back in January or so).

It should be in 48x48, 64x64 or scalable, should be in the app folder of one of those directories, if i get on laptop later i will unpack vertsms and look

No rush mate, yeah I looked around quite a bit but couldn't find it!

What I did find was the icon set that Raif used earlier in the screenshot thread from the bossateal theme.

I haven't installed any of the themes as such (just been taking bits I like) but I read on the site that they're optimised so they should be ok - saying that if the keyboard doesn't work for a theme you want to use let me know and I'll see what I can do.

It's the World Clock widget from extras-devel.

Note: It changes to white during daylight hours, and there is a small data screen to the right of it which can be toggled on/off by simply clicking the widget.

Normally everything that shows up in the status area is added by installing applications via the app manager.

On that screenshot he's got the Load Applet installed which adds buttons for taking screenshots, the Brightness applet and what looks like a stocks and shares status menu applet application.

You can add a reboot button with a hack but I wouldn't recommend it as you lose anything up to 10% of your battery every reboot!

Hahaha and then i just had an aha experiencs, so this is the reason why i loose battery juice everytime i reboot, cause i use the reboot button ;)

This program lets you select four shortcuts, awesome program.

No icon pack, all custom :D

I then use http://www.picresize.com/ to resize and mod the icons.

When I'm done I'll put together a proper set for everyone, no problem but at this stage the only icons I've changed are the ones you see, so unless you only have exactly the same shortcuts on your desktop it won't work.

Mate I wish it was the reboot button. Unfortunately, it's the boot...

It uses up to 10% battery on boot.

Apparently the N900 is designed to stay on, not to be turned on and off constantly. It uses almost no power in full idle mode. Knowing that, if I need to have it off for a meeting I just stick it on silent or offline as opposed to turning it off.

It's still cool though, I manage to get two full days out of it which is pretty amazing.

packaged up my little mod for having overclock buttons in your status area

from the left

sudo gainroot, opens terminal in root
default, 250 600 default clock speed
overclocked, 250 805 low voltage
extreme, 500 950 ultra low voltage

customizable to what ever you want.

note: you need quicklaunch applette installed and obviously titans power kernel and kernel power settings, both available from the repositories

dont just download if you have no experience of overclocking the n900 as some pre configuring is reqired, these are just icons that run a script, you have to set it all up first!!!

New ConnectNow and Home Calendar widgets from extras-devel - both modded.

The Home Calendar Widget is much, much better than the original, I can't recommend it enough.

NOTE: You might lose your widgets on installation tho!**;)
