Re: Overclock the N900?
Firstly, I would like to give mega thanks to Lehto's great work.
This is an open community so I will be with what I have received. I have packaged the files as 1 big zip file and have uploaded it to a public share. The archive includes all kernels. They are stock, 600, 700, 750, 800 and 900mhz. (yes, 900mhz, now be naughty but don't cry to mommy if something goes bad) http://www.justupit.com/files/HQNACU...erclock_v2.zip Usual disclaimer applies and I have included a simple readme file to reiterate the point. Re: Overclock the N900?
im gona give this a couple of weeks till im well used of my n900 (just got it a day ago :) )
could anyone kindly explain to me what exactly flashing your n900 does? is it like restoring factory settings on it |
Re: Overclock the N900?
flashing the firmware will take you back or forward to that specific firmware but wont reset your file system
flashing the eMMC will do a proper factory reset flashing these kernel images makes changes to the clock speed of your processor and in some cases your GPU aswell |
Re: Overclock the N900?
Running great on 800mhz, but too early to talk about the effect to example battery.

Re: Overclock the N900?
Could someone please pm me 800mhz? I'd love to try that!
