Re: [Theme] Matrix
you have the same video playing twice?
|
Re: [Theme] Matrix
yea, how can i fix that?
|
Re: [Theme] Matrix
If you do you probably have to step back on page 1 and reload the file default.conf (bottom of the first post - If you want to revert back to the default nokia boot video(Hands-v32-h264.avi) copy this default.conf)
also if you would like to check if the video is there do this on terminal sudo cd /usr/share/hildon-welcome/media ls after typing ls you should see the files inside that folder and you should have: Hands-v32-h264.avi matrix.avi if is correct replacing that file should be enough, if you have the video "hands" twice you have to remove one. |
Re: [Theme] Matrix
ok if i find 2 files somewhere for example in that folder how can i delete it?
|
Re: [Theme] Matrix
the command is rm.
I'm a noob too, I'm starting now with Linux so... I think will be rm Hands-v32-h264.avi but I don't think is possible to have the same file twice (with the same name) in the same folder.... just restore the file default.conf for now. |
Re: [Theme] Matrix
maybe i added the other hands on video in another folder but im not sure what folder was, how can i see a list of folders?
|
Re: [Theme] Matrix
ok look i have 3 avi's there, maemo 5 , hands on, and matrix, buit i think the problem was with default conf, in what folder are the vonf's after install? because maybe i have to delete one of those
|
Re: [Theme] Matrix
ok but it plays twice, well is nice, how i have maemo 5 + hands on in sequence
lolx xD |
Re: [Theme] Matrix
You can put 100 copies of that video on your phone, it doesn't matter.
The file default.conf pick the one that have to play when your phone is switched on, as long as that one is all right you should be fine. you can browse all the folders with cd for Example: cd /usr -> you are in the /usr folder with ls you can see the files inside. |
Re: [Theme] Matrix
but maybe i have something like 2 default.conf 's files, like default.conf, and default_1.conf. or cannt it be possible? i just need to check the folders that have the conf's files not the avi ones
