Yeah the repositories are down at the moment, there are a few threads on them being down and the issues.

I don't know if this is related but all my repos have vanished!!

I'm rebooting now...


Edit:

After reboot the repos are back but all maemo.org ones are indeed down

extras, extras-testing,extras-devel and the tools repo failed to refresh

guys we got this problem since yesturday. mozilla failed too but now its working again. it will work again. its probobly cause they moved servers

Hi,

Have been getting this whenever I try to refresh the application manager. I tried restartin N900. Still the same message and many applications become unavailable to download and install. It's been the same for the last two days.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

yep...repo's are down...in a nutshell, server move this weekend and some issues getting them back up...should be fixed Monday.

when i am trying to apt-get update... i take a message on screen which sais unable to resolve repository.maemo.org...! can anybody help me...! even through the apps manager... it sais that some of your catalogs are unavailable...

same problem here, seems that it's caused by the server move, however i expected it not to last that long (24h by now)

Where are the apps?
 

After updating the firmware the list of downloadable apps seemed to have disappeared or perhaps moves from one place to another. In other words, everytime I access the app manager, I get an error message saying that "Could not resolve" repository.maemo.org ...

So what do I do about this now? Where can I get DataPlan Monitor for example or the game blocks? Where do you guys get all your extra applications/games/? What must I put into the catalog to access all these goodies. Thank you!

Okay well when everything is up and running I stick with the repositories right? any other places to download things like themes among other apps?

There's the repositories and Ovi store (mostly freeware at the moment including a number of themes). There's also http://www.n900wallpapers.com/ for wallpapers.

My ip range is 220.233.16.*.. however I think my dumb-arse isp has www traffic going through a proxy in another country! whatsmyip.org reports it as 109.245.163.101 for www data..

I can not download from the program manager from the to maemo websites, cuz an error keeps poppin up..
