As the mypaint thing starts to mature, please continue webcasting some of your sketching technique. The feedback loop between someone skilled like you and the devs can really "transform" the tablet (oops phone).

That's now a classic mypaint drawing, a collector's piece if you will..lol. You show post more, though I'm guessing you mean learn from his technics. Cause were not competing here, it's just a friendly creative mosh pit..;)

Sorry mate can't help you there :( For me it's a no show in app manager i have it installed hence it won't show.

Are you not able to fix the dependencies errors you get? Maybe thats the way to go?

Btw what errors do you get anyway maybe someone here can help you out ;)

One thourght have you tried to download the depndencies for mypaint first and then the mypaint in xterm?

I added these row to debian/postinst
/usr/sbin/dsmetool -k /usr/bin/hildon-home
/usr/sbin/dsmetool -t /usr/bin/hildon-home

Didn't work. (version maemo13 only kill hildon-home)

Is there any way to get to the "F" keys? Mostly F11 to go full screen. I have tried searching for this but have come up empty handed.

You can assign any keys you like (do it in the classic GTK style menu and it will stick in the Fremantle UI).
Search the thread for info.

Ok this is weird, I managed to install it from the repo (Version: 0.8.2-1maemo13), and as said that should work fine on a fresh phone !! I see it in the menu, I run it but it quits after a while of a black screen to the desktop..I even tried it after a restart, but no avail !!

Any help?

EDIT: I ran it from xterm, I get this error, "Import Error : No Module named google.protobuf" ...

Any help appreciated !

You propably have old version of python-support installed.
(I had the same problem)

Try to install a new version in xterm:

sudo gainroot

apt-get install python-support
