python: hildondesktop be installed by default
 

hi,

i have just got my n900 and thought i would make a python desktop widgit on my device. i installed the python editor and started copying an example but i can't import hildondesktop.

i see on a few threads that you need to add a new devel repositosy to get the package.

Is this likely to change ?
Does this mean that a python widgit could not practically be deployed for less technical users ?

p.s. only first day with device and maemo so forgive me if question is dumb or already answered :)
