I can only go by my own own experience but I moved my maps to the internal card and they've worked fine for me. I will say I've been a Maemo Mapper user for a long time and have made no conscious change to the sqlite format. My maps are all US and from both Open Streets and Google. The Google URL has changed a number of times. The only open source maps are Open Streets. |
