Sure, being a root in Linux means you can do pretty much anything with your device. Just be extremely careful, remove wrong thing and device is bricked.

Packages for marbles and mahjongg are respectively osso-lmarbles and osso-mahjong. To remove them do

sudo gainroot

dpkg -P osso-lmarbles osso-mahjong

. Be warned though, the SSU metapackage depends on these games and uninstalling them you also remove the metapackage which means you cannot upgrade via SSU when next firmware is relesed.

and to save additional space on the root partition you can "kick" unused/old packages with "apt-get autoremove" and "apt-get autoclean" ^^
