It seems the OVI store is down for maintenance ....

Is anything new coming along for the N900 ?
I just saw this from my device itself.

blog.ovi.com says theyre making some updates to the store and should be back around 11pm est

Maybe they are enabling Ovi Store to support paid apps to N900, like Sygic GPS app.

We will find out in a couple of hours...

Actually, there are layout changes which make it less usable. I can no longer choose 'new' from the 'all' view: to find out if there's new stuff I have to individually select games, audio/video, apps etc.

There isn't anything new. And they're still selling an MMS file. Great improvement.

Thank God for this place, or we'd be really screwed for apps if we had to rely on Ovi. :mad:

that was the first thing i noticed, too.

it's funny, isn't it? each time when you think they reached the very bottom and quality/usability have to increase from now on, they prove how they still can make it worse.

it was pretty much the same with share.ovi.com - got worse with each re-launch until it reached its current sorry drabness.
