Hi Fake,

Got mine (1xAcrylic + 1xWood) yesterday, got it assembled in 2 min,
Both looks great and perfectly alligned.
I got just 1 issue with the acrylic one. The rubber bands prevent it from sliding only if i press the top of the N900 screen, which is tilting the stand right to the rubbers, but if I press the bottom of the screen, the Stand just slides.
I think I need to put 2 rubber bands on the front as well.
Any ideas? as the front doesn't have those neat cuts to put the rubbers in like at the back.

(Other than that, the guys at work are so jealous (;)

Well, first, I'd say try adjusting the bands so that they are "thicker" at the bottom -- that's how I got mine to be just perfect. I push pretty hard on my phone, and it barely moves.

If that doesn't work, I think you're unfortunately down to putting the stand on something. I have been playing with some microfiber mats which might help. A rubber mat would also work.

I've sold all that I had. Another 30 are on order -- I expect them within two weeks. Sorry about that!

I had over a hundred, and they all sold, mostly with people buying multiple 3-packs. I make only about a dollar on each three pack, so they're more a service to this community than anything. If I'd have known they would sell so quickly, I would have bought an extra hundred or so.

I thought the one I ordered came with the bottom peice....and it looked like the stand sits in it....it's only reason I ordered mine.

Dude....I live with this very attractive woman...(renting a room)...we use to fool around....and play and junk.

It's a piece of grey felt -- I cut with a scissors from a piece of felt that I bought at a local fabric store. If I hadn't already thrown it away, I'd just send it to you...

Great news, thanks for the update. It seems like the recent orders are shipping just a little faster than the old ones... not sure why, given that planes haven't been flying overseas, they must be traveling by boat...

FYI: 3X stylus pack are back in stock. I have 4 of the 3X packs ready to go.

Since I will be moving early next month, the store will be closed for at least three weeks. If you want something, you should buy it now. Another thing is that I will not be able to produce the wood stands anymore, because I will not have a workshop. So if you want some, there are only ten left... consider buying.

I will only sell black acrylic stands after the wood stands run out. I know that's not the best, but I simply don't have time and won't have the facilities to make more.

Most of my orders have been international, so they haven't seen just how ridiculously fast domestic shipping can be. I had one package go from Fargo to Florida in just two days... ridiculous!

It must be the automated postage system I use. With all the routing info on the package, and the postage pre-paid and pre-weighed, things move very quickly.

A week before I ordered my stands, I ordered some straps from ebay.
I have received my stand very fast (US > Israel) in about a week or so,
And I have yet to receive my straps (;

It arrived today, which considering we've had a bank holiday is very impressive.

As I'm sure has been said many, many times before the stand is fantastic. The design and build quality are amazing and the price is ridiculously cheap. (With the current exchange rate, it was just under £7 including shipping!)

I'll be recommending them to my friends who are looking at getting an N900 and will be back for more if I ever make it back into the office.
