TO EVERYONE:

I am closing the store as of 14:00 CST today. It will not reopen until, at the earliest, the 25th of this month. I am sorry about this, but I am moving across the US. Between now and then, I will be unable to mail anything, though I will be checking in on the forums and email, so email me if you have a problem.

I am also doing a few other things that you might be interested in.

1. The free album I made with M. Holle is being made in to a play. I'll be in Vancouver, BC to help set up that production this weekend.

2. I'll be giving talks on the DIY Book Scanner project in Singapore, Rhode Island, and several other places, possibly some California universities. Details forthcoming. Here's the talk I gave at Harvard.

3. Wish me luck with my new job at Disney Research. ;)

a production in Vancouver this weekend? what could that be? if you dont mind,

the reason being for me asking is that my boss is also participating on an event to be held at Vancouver, they gave me a lot of work (not related to my job) to help a little bit on that event

Hey Gabby, the event is a play based on my free album.

I made it safely to LA. Tomorrow I start work as an imagineer! (well, an assistant imagineer or whatever).

My trip was pretty insane.

Hey fake,

Did you try coating the bottom with something like plastidip? I coated my wood and acrylic stands, and I gotta tell you they don't slip/move at all now!

I do have some stylii as well as some more stands. Hopefully I'll get the store running before the end of the week. I've been in NYC all weekend, back to Glendale (actually not living in Glendale now, just working there).

Yeah, I'm sorry, I still don't have an address myself (I moved after I arrived in Glendale, but nothing is certain yet), so until I do, the store will remain closed.

I have 20 or so stands left -- and I hope to have my laser hooked up by the end of the month. I'm sure everyone who wants one will get one. Too bad it's taken so long to get everything in place.

Yes, there are still some stands, and yes, I will sell them to you. I'm sorry, I've had a lot of unexpected difficulty since moving to LA, and so I've had to put the store off to the side while I fix those things. But I promise, I will contact you when it is back up and you can order.

1 on the nightstand
1 in the laptop case
1 in the car (in case I´m not carrying the laptop case with)

Is there any update on when the store might open again? I was hoping to get a few for the competition but it seems like months ago since I enquired.. we're already into voting.
