The full election process is outlined in the wiki, however a candidate must meet the following criteria:

* Karma of 100 or higher.

No no. I was just faced with a declining voter confidence (28%) and rules and regulations (Kharma-wat?) that were designed to keep the little man (or girl - and not 'little' due to age so much really..or stature it's more of a social thing).

The Opening Post has been updated to reflect this decision of mine. That is mine.
