Music resuming after a phone call.
 
while listening to some loud music... someone calls, after u disconnect the phone call suddenly the music resumes on the same loud volume that tends to be disturbing sometimes... is there any way to change that to a "fade in from silent to loud" like on the n95 [ out of the box ] ??
i considered putting this up on brainstorm but i dont know anything about coding so i had no possible solutions...
btw i didnt see any somesuch thread but sorry if it is a repost or something.;)

you have to make a new account.
and then you should search for your bug/feature.
and if it doesn't exist already.... you may want to add a bug/feature to mediaplayer. :)

Just thinking exactly the same thing!!!!!!

There IS an application to pause Media player when the headphones are unplugged and it does work very well. But not when calling.

when i read the title i thought it was another problem that i had music would resume automatically after a call even though i wasnt listening to it beforehand. only happened a handful of times. no one else experienced this?

actualy... the problem is that i WANT it to resume.. but not at the same loud volume... it would be much better if it would start from low volume and then rise to the volume set before the call.

Ah I see. You could request it from the application developer instead. It will probably be quicker than asking Nokia.

it would be nice if it was built into the media player, but we will have to wait for that.

The application is called 'Headphone daemon'.

i am currently using headphoneD but all that does is pause wmusic playback when the headphones are pulled out... nothing about pre/post call situations.

No, didn't experience this (yet), and I've already taken some calls... Were there any similar factors when it happened? Like, were you using the phone (not listening to music off course but just *any* app) or was it just sitting in your pocket? Dunno about solving your problem but maybe it helps you resolving whatever's causing it?
