PC-Connectivity Manager
Does the PC-Connectivity Manager do any thing? I thought I might be able to get usb networking going with it on the n900, but not having any luck. (Using XP)
Any ideas? XP does not seem to see it when its in usb network mode, so no driver installed.... |

Re: PC-Connectivity Manager
Slowly getting there. Do I need to select devel_adhoc for the network to connect to?
I get internet connection failed. Try again. I get an IP on my XP machine (the shared linux USB) and get an ip on the n900 usb. I wonder if its DNS. I know I have dns set on the xp machine...not sure if the n900 is picking it up. |
Re: PC-Connectivity Manager
i have a solution here http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...8&postcount=14 but another problem resulted from that solution. after i've finished using the usb network, the wifi doesn't work anymore.

Re: PC-Connectivity Manager
I can confirm that you shouldn't install it on 1.2, it makes only problems! I hope it gets fixed or REMOVED from the repository.
Check your main.conf in etc/bluetooth/ it might be broken! Can someone upload his/her main.conf? |
