Of course you can. Just go to AppMgr, click the Uninstall icon and find the installers you want to remove, click on them and accept the confirmation dialog.

Yes. You can use App Manager to uninstall them. In my opinion, one should periodically go thru all the installed programs in App Manager because I find that some programs I don't want have a way of sneaking in to the lineup.
