not sure whats going on with bootscreen manager app, it could be getting updated, so try again tomorrow and see if its there, deb is usually here here but its also not available at the moment:

or you can change the video manually using WinSCP thru a wireless router, or using the app 'midnight commander', just overwrite the original video in /usr/share/hildon-welcome/media

all the videos i make are made with 'adobe after effects cs4'
and all the projects are pre-made, i find them all on the internet and chop them up, add bits from others ect, anyone can do it!
