Documents to go crashes on N900
Documents to Go crashes before it opens. I have a new N900 and installed Documents to Go viewer. It worked for the first time as it opened fine and prompted for an activation/buy the product. The purchase did not happen completely as the GPRS disconnected. Now the application does not open at all and keeps crashes once clicking on the app.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the application but still the same. Can anyone help as could not find any help on dataviz site? |
Re: Documents to go crashes on N900
What happens if you try to run it from the Terminal? (Problem: I don't know what command to type to run it). Some apps may give a bit of debugging info if launched from the Terminal.

Re: Documents to go crashes on N900
Dataviz's support doesn't sound like it's doing a very good job!

Re: Documents to go crashes on N900
Stab in the dark, but try: "gconftool --recursive-unset /apps/Maemo/dtg" and try loading it up again.

Re: Documents to go crashes on N900
Thanks for the trying, unfotunately it does not fix the issue.

I give up :-(
I have installed Office Viewer, it solves my purpose for now. Thanks all for suggestions. |
Re: Documents to go crashes on N900
I had "Documents To Go" on my Palm T3 & M505 and it was a great piece of software.
I used it until late lasy year (sep 2009) and would like to see a version for the n900 that can create/edit documents too. I would even pay money for this. |
