... I can't anable "red-pill" mode bacause the new version of maemo(5).

If catalog works fine (no error report), use search option where just type mc.

I just enabled Extras-devel repo and used search for "mc" and midnight commander was the first (of three) app on the list.

You may have missed a step somewhere.

Don't forget to backup your device before exploring to much.
Things might go crazy if you alter the wrong stuff in root mode ;)

Also readup on how to reflash the phone if something goes horribly wrong.
