There would be much fewer complaints about the size if they simply put a larger battery in it (the E71 which is 10mm thick uses the 1500mAh battery)

.. at least it would have been thick for a reason. Yes the keyboard, but the keys are not good enough to justify the size. I could type on the E71 keyboard all day long

Below are 4 posts that higlight what I think are big shortfalls in the n900.
most on the list wouldn't have deterred me from purchasing the phone. But had i know how bad the Calender, Tasks and Notes function was - no to mention the lack of search functions I probably would have waited.

Um... how is this relevant to this thread? I hesitate to call "troll", but you really shouldn't hijack threads like that.

Apparently, if the n900 was smaller, all these problems would have been resolved. Yay!
