there will be no new maps for sygic mobile maps 9.
new maps are coming for sygic mobile maps 10, which will be a free upgrade for sygic mobile maps 9 customers.

Thanks, do you know any source for updated speed cameras (Blitzer) by the way?

I enter SG8, then I cant enter any more digits.

All I get is a list of "SG8 5, SG8 0, SG8 3, SG8 4 ect"

Once I choose one, I have to enter a street and house number.

I would like to request some hacks:

1.
I would like never to see this question, and have it default to "No"
Computed route uses congestion charge zone. Do you want to avoid it.

2.
I would like to have the (Disable sounds) from Settings menu in the Main menu.

3.
Change the behavior of the Exit button to save, Exit and ask no question. Default to Exit, but it must save changes.

If like me you hate seeing Sygic sound files on your media player you can stop media player indexing it.

You need to edit the tracker config file (/home/user/.config/tracker/tracker.cfg)

look for the line

# List of directory roots NOT to index and NOT to watch (separator=;)

NoWatchDirectory=

and at the end put: $HOME/MyDocs/Res/;

also if you do not want picodrive mega CD games mp3 showing do:

$HOME/MyDocs/.documents/PicoDrive/;$HOME/MyDocs/Res/;

in terminal "tracker-processes -r" (it will take while for phone to find your normal audio/video files)

This is not for every one so becareful when doing this, if your are not sure how to please do not attempt it.

i edit the config file with leafpad , i run the command line tracker-processes -r in x-terminal as root , but the file are still in my mediaplayer. does it work with PR 1.2 ? or i am doing something wrong?

What version are you running ?

Full postcodes "SG8..." appear to be fine on my Mobile Maps 9 V7.71 Build:7821 D

Couple of questions from me

Is there no way to get out of the application and get into the task switcher from the full screen mode? I usually play both media player and sygic simultaneoulsy and it is really painful to have to exit sygic to say skip a song. If not, would this be fixed in version 10?
I think volume has already been mentioned but just wanted to confirm if there is any way to increase it?
And finally, after the PR 1.2 update, both Ovi Maps and Maep get a GPS lock almost instantly, even indoors, but Sygic Maps still takes a long time to get a lock. Is there anyway to fix that in version 9? Is it being fixed in v10?
