the version smoku ported is allready psx4pandora from zodttd but pcsx4all is from franxis and chui for wiz.... some people on this thread sayed that maybe the armv5 assembler cann not be executed by the cortex-a8.... so if thats true unless someone rewrites great parts of the emulator there wont be a port. someone should still just try to compile it for n900 and see if the armv5 assembler is a problem.

it will be THAT hard only harder cause its complicated stuff and ARM assembler(wich is differrent from x86 assembler). |

Lol I remember using assembler to do graphics in Pascal, I say remember but all I realy did was copy and paste code that to be honest in no way looked like it could be code ;)

i have 950cpu/500dsp and in psx4all 0.39 better configuration for speed are cycle multyplier 3 frameskip 10/11 with sound
and in psx4m 0.42 testing........ |

The PSX Emu is one of the primary reasons why I have the N900, it would be sad if the development would stop. That would be the end of my N900 :/

Crogge if NITDroid will work better soon we will have psx4droid with GUI, savestates and other cool stuff ;)

yeah i wonder why psx4droid, i remember when the first 3dfx avaliable on nitdroid i first tried it with psx4droid but didnt work..i email dj_steve and he said he will take a look at it but never heard since.

If someone's up to making the GUI, I have some pretty awesome Ideas for a banner picture and/or buttons.
If anyone's working on it feel free to contact me with the template size/s and I'll get on it. But honestly? I think we should all just wait until the pandora devs come up with an emulator with GPU accel. They will do it eventually. While I'm on the topic, has anyone heard any news about the PCSX version with the GPU plugin? |

memory card saves and save states both
DO NOT WORK IN PXS4M 0.4.2 gives me a memory corrupt error |

memory cards work fine for me with build 0.4.2, make sure the permission on both memory set correctly. 0.4.2 run perfect for N900 with some tweak with frameskip and cyclemult and overclock...as typing right now..im install psx4droid on my dell streak...testing the DELL STREAK and loving it...
