Skype uses a different subsystem to GTalk for video streaming so this doesn't necessarily follow.

Sorry i missed the statement earlier :)

can you check if list kenetic scrolling is smoother now in SMS, email, or contacts?

in pr1.1.1 it is still very laggy at time

You certainly are lol. This is SDK for Developers to port apps and testing not the software update for N900. So you can't yet until Nokia released PR1.2 officially OTA

SDK = SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT KIT

im pretty sure.. its not yet out.. its just an SDK... which you can try out... to see the changes... but its not official.

It's smoother but THAT's due to the CPU being faster.
Main apps haven't switched to Qt, so I'm assuming they have the same scrolling atm.

Not, your not :D this is not a update for the N900, just actual version of the software in N900 that runs in a PC.
