Seem to have some files missing
 

When updating some apps this morning I had 2 that couldnt install due to libhildon and libpixman missing.

Can't see these on the app manager. Where can I get these from ?

Try running apt-get install -f from the command line.

the most important question: what apps? (it would have helped a lot more at the first place....)

Mapper 3.0 asks for libhildon1 and libpixman1-0.

Password Safe asks for libhildon1

it says 0 upgraded 0 newly installed , 0 to remove, and 9 not upgraded

I suggest reflashing. at least couple of those libs should be found at rootfs preinstalled.

Hmmm I can't seem to reflash it and the nokia service center (a local phone shop) flashed using their tool last week. They suggested sending it to Nokia but tbh hearing too many horror stories about 2/4 weeks plus before its returned!!!
Damn thing.

Is there anyone in/around Swindon Wiltshire UK that can help me to reflash this ? thanks. i'm stuck!

what's the problem with flashing? have you looked the wiki -page through?

I think, reflashing wouldn't help. If the error message about libhildon is
the same as in this thread
