Ok solved it...

Should have read!

Basically, I added "vm.vdso_enabled = 0" to /etc/sysctl.conf, then ran sysctl -p. Then to install I ran ./maemo-scratchbox-install_5.0.sh -s /opt/scratchbox -u USERNAME
