If you play as France you have a handball special move button.;)

Try team Finland. If they even qualify for the Sensible Soccer this year. :p

Anything above 20 causes the music to slow down on everything I tried.

Weird thing is, in demo mode in Wiz n Liz the frame rate is rock solid stable. That said, not sure how demo mode works as its obviously pre-defined actions (there are just a few demo levels played identical every time).

Wiz n Liz has always been a very CPU intense game to emulate on UAE, was a long long time before it got up to full speed on desktop. I guess its the looping/scrolling playfield and huge number of Wabbits.

First of all: great job, smoku!

Second of all:
- Bubba'n'Stix now displays 'Out of memory! Please reboot and remove any external drives'. I have the latest build; everything was OK in rc8.
- Yo! Joe! plays a bit more choppy and features flickering offset afterimages of the background, a phenomenon which rarely occured in earlier builds. Also, when space (the 2nd joy btn) is pressed, the up button no longer works - but that's probably an ingame feature.
- Benefactor plays beautifully, if a little bit choppy -- but the lower part of the screen (score, map, lives, etc.) is cropped due to non-standard resolution.
- Turrican II works great.

Anyway, rispekt.

I guess the new playfield collision detection code is not so good. :/

And the number of attached drives will be configurable.
(In fact it is configurable now, just lacks the UI ;) )

You may try disabling the sound. (I know it's no fun though...)

Hi all,

I am not a pro in hacking and progging a emulator or whatever.. but I would like to play a few Amiga games.
The games start but then I cant press any button?! Nothing happens.
What can I do!?

The music is the main thing that makes the Amiga version so superior to the Genesis version. If I turn the sound off I might as well use the Genesis version which runs smoother anyway. :p

Its still playable, I just get really frustrated with juddery frame rates. I did test with throttle 60 and it was quite smooth, but I also suspect the whole game was running slower so it rather spoils the difficulty level too. (says the guy who always plays it with the cheats on)

Incidentally, would more people be willing to submit their own compatibility reports if I setup a version of my SSF Compatibility List for UAE4All Maemo?
Updating compatibility on the Wiki is going to get cumbersome very soon unless I split each title into its own page or find a good alternative. The problem also seems to be people are afraid to edit the Wiki themselves in case they accidentally delete someone elses work which is exactly what I designed the above to avoid.

You should read the README. :)

@Alex Atkin UK

Flandry set up a compatibility page for sdlmame which everyone could add to and edit it, worked quite well it might be worth setting up something like that.

Have a look at this link http://wiki.maemo.org/Sdlmame

Also Kick off 2 worked fine with sixaxis although the game goes a little jerky at times then ok again.

I may try in offline mode and see if games run more stable.

Edit

I never knew you couldn't use bluetooth in offline mode. bang goes that theory.:(
