I tested with Speedball 2. Works perfectly.
I hope that at some point it is possible to remap keys so that it would be possible to use for example Game Gripper: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php...761#post619761 I am also looking forward to Sixaxis support for two joysticks for multiplayer games, hope that it would be possible. i've found working version of dungeon master (title screen's background is dark blue instead of black)
now the mouse work ok(slightly offset) and game works.in other versions (and previous ver of uae4all) mouse was everywhere and couldn't control it at all. settlers, game i'd really like to work.. no success so far. tried different versions (boot from disk 3 to save memory) but mouse is invisible. on first screen(where protection is) it shows you system info. on my it says no realfastram available,not enough chipram. i remember playing this game on a600 and always had to run from disk 3 to save ram. eye of the beholder crashes on title screen (lovely red software failure :D ) didn't try dune yet in cannon fodder 2 and dungeon master when you move the mouse on the screen you can see stripe of jitter graphic at the bottom(cf2) in the middle(dm). hope it helps a bit |

must say im not too happy about space being used, it means i cant play one of my fav demos as it requires space bar to start.
not heard it in stereo yet! ;0) of course this is not a moan, im more than happy to wait, as i know it'll all come good before long. its just, i get more excited seeing a uae4all update than i do if it were for 1.2 ;0) |

I agree with both baron and mthmob. All keys currently used as fire butons are also used in lot of games, and cause interference or conflict. There would be much less problems if letters alone would be used, or fn+something as switch. Ofcourse config file or later gui would make everyone able to setup keys according to their own taste.

What do you think about this mapping:
Mouse left = R Mouse right = T Joystick directions = ASDW Joystick.Fire1 = O Joystick Fire2 = P Try to put your fingers on these letters... What do you think? |

thing is ...to be honest the mapping is not really important..Smoku has already stated that with new gui comes the ability to map your own keys hopefully!
I agree that the keys are a bit of a pain, but his main priority as stated before is to get up and running then move on to the little bits :) |

I tried version 2-5 last night with my sixaxis controller and it seems none of the sixaxis buttons are mapped to either of the amiga fire buttons. I could move up down left right ok with the directional buttons on the sixaxis controller just no fire button(s). Tried Turrican 2 - seems to work really well with frame skip 1.
Smoku, on an earlier build of your amiga emulator I was able to move in some directions using the left analogue stick of the sixaxis controller, but now the analogue stick does not seem to function at all in uae4all - any ideas? Great emulator - thanks for your efforts.:D |

I was toying with sixaxis yesterday too. :D
Select and Start are mapped to shift and space. I know it's not fun really, but... Nevertheless I plan normal joystick support (without fake key events) - the code is there, just needs some love. |

1rc2-8 just left the builder.
There is this so much wanted joy/mouse emulation toggle with Fn + SPACE. I know that there should be some visible indication of the current state, but for now just press Fn+SPACE until joy/mouse works. ;) Yes, I enabled mouse emulation mode too, so you may move the mouse with arrow keys once enabled. You need to turn it on to emulate mouse buttons. Mouse tap "clicks" again when mouse emulation mode is off. Mouse and joy buttons were moved to SHIFT (1) and SPACE (2). |

smoku - your pace is amazing.
"switch" mode works - and space key is now accessible in game. sorry to see that you brought back the "instant" click in mouse mode. this means (for me) that all games have to be controlled with direction keys to move mouse. Did someone request this feature back? Game compatability is still low as of the switch to the cyclone core. I tried to look for a compatability list, but didn't find one. games mostly load fine, but stops before the actual game starts green led (next to the leftmost red led) stops flashing bright green and just shows a random fps number. |

Im loving the new keyb/mouse/joystick modes :) they work really well! im really looking forward to keymapping now :) in my opinion, once keymapping is done, the emu is done :)
The real joystick support sounds interresting :) Have you considered adding more directions to fake joystick? \ | / - - / | \ Adding diagonal directions to joystick will make it possible to jump in games like superfrog or gods :) anyways thx yet again for another awesome relase! :) |

Smoku i have an idea how to overcome the mouse clicking prior to moving. what about giving the mouse the same behaviour as in maemo os.. what i mean is, the clicking isent registered until you lift you finger again, since its waiting to see if your going to drag your finger instead of tapping.
Something like that could fix it. :) |

It does not really fix the problem. How would you drag then?
I will see into implementing pointer "warping" to the destination. There is a code that moves the mouse continuously to the destination. I need to kill it. ;-) |

I am getting nuts while I try to start my favourite game "Lethal Excess" in the emulator. The only thing I see is the AMIGA DOS. What can I do to start the game? I tried: RUN or RUN Lethal Excess or EXECUTE Any clues?! Thanx |
